Holland Home Energy Retrofit Program
The Holland Home Energy Retrofit Program is a financial partnership between Holland Energy Fund and homeowners. The program helps homeowners in the City of Holland make energy efficiency improvements.
City of Holland homeowners who invest at least $10,000 to increase the energy efficiency of their homes are eligible to receive a 20% rebate grant from Holland Energy Fund through June 30, 2021. The Holland Energy Fund was created as a nonprofit corporation to facilitate and finance aspects of the City of Holland’s comprehensive, long-range Community Energy Plan. One of these programs is the Home Energy Retrofit Program and the other is the Holland On-Bill Loan Program.
How Do I Qualify?

- Schedule an analysis with an authorized BPI Certified contractor. That’s us! We can create an energy-efficient improvement plant.

Michigan Saves energy financing can help you make your home or business more energy-efficient. How does it all work? Find your Michigan Saves contractor to get a quote on home energy improvements that qualify for the program. Apply for financing online at any time, and have the six-digit ID number for your authorized contractor on hand. Work with the bank. Once the loan is approved, your contractor will be able to start working right away.
