In order to understand how your house works---We find out how it breathes. Sounds simple—a lot like us, except that we breathe and houses leak. We don’t want that precious heat escaping from our house.

Leak & Heat Loss Analysis
Now we can install a blower door in your house to discover how badly your house leaks, find the leaks and then do something about the leaks.

Infrared Thermography
We can now take "pictures " of your heat loss via the infrared scanner that detects heat loss in your house.

Furnace & Air Conditioning Check/Evaluation
We can measure why your furnace doesn’t kick out the heat where it should, or why there is an Air Conditioning problem upstairs.

Many people don’t need the high tech tools that we can offer but everyone receives a ten point check on your house. This can evaluate the heat loss in your attic and walls.

REScheck Energy Analysis
New residential constructions can be pre-approved under the Michigan Uniform Energy Code with only a blueprint.  Using the REScheck software, our technicians will determine the compliance requirements for your residential construction project.
